3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified in the invoice. We accept cash, bank transfer, credit card, and online payments.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due diligence in processing applications, we cannot guarantee approval of any government application. Processing times are estimates and may vary.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service. Government fees are generally non-refundable. Professional service fees may be partially refundable depending on the stage of processing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
