The Right To Be Caymanian under Naturalisation

The Right to be Caymanian under Naturalisation in the Cayman Islands is an immigration process through which a non-Caymanian may apply to be granted Caymanian status based on qualifying long-term residence and integration into the Islands. The application is assessed by WORC to determine whether the applicant meets the statutory requirements, including lawful continuous residence, good character, and other eligibility criteria as set out under the immigration and nationality laws.
