Permanent Residency Application (8+ Years)

A Permanent Residency application under the grounds of eight (8) or more years of residence in the Cayman Islands is a process by which a non-Caymanian who has legally and ordinarily resided in the Cayman Islands for a continuous period of at least Eight (8) years may apply for the right to reside indefinitely.
The application is assessed based on a points-based system, taking into account factors such as the applicant’s occupation, education, investment, community services, and overall contribution to the Islands, along with compliance with immigration and labour laws.
