Variation of Permanent Residence and Variation of Residency & Employment Rights Certificate

A Variation of Permanent Residence and a Variation of Residency and Employment Rights Certificate (RERC) in the Cayman Islands are immigration processes used to request changes to the conditions of an existing approved status. These variations are submitted to WORC when there is a need to amend key details such as employment terms, employer, occupation, personal circumstances, or other approved conditions attached to the status.
