Immigration ServicesRight to be Caymanian under the Grounds of Marriage or Civil Partnership is an immigration application in the Cayman Islands through which a non-Caymanian may apply to be granted Caymanian status based on a qualifying marriage or civil partnership with a Caymanian. The application is assessed by WORC to ensure the relationship is genuine and subsisting, and that all statutory requirements are met, including any required period of residence and good character. Upon approval, the applicant is granted the Right to be Caymanian, providing full entitlement to reside and work in the Cayman Islands without immigration restrictions.
Requirements
- Evidence of Marital/Civil Partnership Status
- Evidence that Spouse is Caymanian
- Applicant's Birth Certificate
- Three written references from persons who have known you for at least 3 years along with proof that the referees are Caymanian.
- Original Medical Declaration Cover Letter
- Employment Letter stating your position, length of employment and salary.
- Photographs Applicant & spouse, for each - 1 full face with name & date of birth on back.
- Passport Bio-page
- Police Clearance
