- Police Clearance
- Medical Declaration Cover Letter
- Evidence of Marital/Civil Partnership Status
- Evidence that Spouse/Civil Partner is Caymanian
- Applicant's Birth Certificate
- Three written references along with their passport
- Passport Bio-page
- 1 Passport sized photo (Applicant & Spouse)
